Move more, not important how you move whether by doing more active missions as cleaning your room or by practicing any kind of sports even if you choose to just walk for 30 minutes daily, the important thing that you move because that will improve your health and your mood besides helping you to have suitable weight.

Eat healthy food, fast food is very easy to eat and seems practical for our endless daily tasks but it has a serious effect on our health and weight I know well that you are almost saying I know that but I really don’t have time, all that I can say to you that there are many new tools which you can use to cook fast just ask Google, besides that make sure that you follow the healthy way in cooking and use low calories ingredient to keep your weight in the healthy range for you.

Care about yourself, take time to take care of your health, to care about your beauty, to achieve your goals, to realize your strength to develop then and to notice your weakness to change what you can and accept what you can as no one is complete, take time to ask yourself what you feel and what you really want.

Handle your thoughts, we all have negative thoughts by various ranges but not all of us feel sad and lifeless because of them and you can join this special group of people just if you learned how to deal with your thoughts well, and one of the simple and effective ways of that is to be realistic in realizing everything as everything has negatives and positive, just realize them and you will deal with them in the suitable way.
